How does Vetster facilitate documentation of informed consent?

At the platform level, clients and veterinarians accept Vetster’s Terms, Privacy Policy, and telehealth consent during sign-up. This acceptance is time-stamped, versioned, and retained with the account.

Clinical informed consent for recommended services is the veterinarian’s responsibility. Vetster does not obtain clinical consent on the veterinarian’s behalf. The medical record provides a place to document consent, including free-text notes and any supporting attachments the veterinarian chooses to add.
