Yes. Appointment recordings are automatically enabled once both parties have consented. A clear indicator during the appointment will be displayed when a recording is active. Transcripts are not automatically shared and are used to support internal documentation.

Recording access and storage
All appointment recordings and transcripts are stored on secure, dedicated servers. Transcripts are integrated into our main database, while the raw video and audio files are kept in a separate, highly secure location. Access is limited and controlled under our Privacy Policy.
