Vetster stores medical records securely for a minimum of seven years. Records are maintained in protected systems with industry-standard security controls and regular backups. Access is limited to the client, the attending veterinarian, and authorized Vetster personnel with a job-related need, in accordance with Vetster policies and applicable laws.
