Vetster Plus subscription plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis and give you access to virtual veterinary appointments, and unlimited live chats with a certified veterinary professional. As with other subscription services, you’re billed to keep your subscription active regardless of use. In order to continue offering unlimited vet care at an affordable cost, we don’t allow refunds for subscriptions.
