We understand that life happens, and it sometimes may be necessary to cancel your scheduled Vetster appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Vetster account through a web browser
2. On the left-hand side menu select Appointments
3. Open the appointment you need to cancel and select the 3 dots beside Appointment overview. Then select Cancel appointment:
4. Your cancelation will be initiated and you will receive either a Vetster credit or full refund based on Vetster's cancelation policy. You can review our cancelation policy here.
