DAP medical records on Vetster cannot be altered once finalized. Please make a habit of double checking them for thoroughness and accuracy before saving and finalizing them. 
If you realize an error after finalizing a DAP medical record on Vetster, adding a “Note” is the recommended way to document corrections or updates. Notes are an integral part of the medical record and are visible to any veterinarian who may review the file in the future. This ensures transparency and accuracy.

Steps to Add a Note:

1. Navigate to the appointment record.
2. Click "Add Note."
3. Write the correction or additional information clearly and concisely.

You can also choose whether the client can view the note. This flexibility is particularly useful if the correction involves sensitive information intended for veterinary professionals only.
