How does Vetster provide for continuity and visibility in patient medical records?

Vetster maintains a single, longitudinal record for each patient so history follows the pet across visits and veterinarians. Records are date- and time-stamped in chronological order, with prior encounters, notes, messages, and attachments visible to authorized users. Each entry clearly identifies the author’s name and credentials, and an audit trail or version history may be retained per platform policy. For medical and legal integrity, documentation from previous visits is read-only and cannot be edited. Clinicians can add new encounter notes or enter addenda to their own documentation when clarification is needed, in accordance with Vetster policies and applicable laws.
