At Vetster, your pet’s safety is our top priority. We work closely with our pharmacy partners to ensure your pet’s medications are delivered quickly and accurately. Because medications can’t be reused safely and could be tampered with once they leave the pharmacy, we can’t accept returns or refunds once they’ve shipped. That said, we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
Can I get a return or get a refund for prescription medication?
No. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have shipped. This ensures the safety and integrity of your pets medication.
What if my medication arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@vetster.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If the damage is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office in case it was misdelivered. While we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement in these cases, our team will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Once your order is placed, the shipping address can’t be changed. Refunds aren’t available if the address was shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can happen. If your shipment is running late, contact us at support@vetster.com. We’ll look into it right away and work with you to find a solution, which may include a shipping refund or a replacement.
