What happens if I don’t show up to my appointment?

We understand that sometimes things come up and plans may change! If you are not able to attend your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not attend, you will not be eligible for reimbursement. In these situations, the veterinarian must still be compensated for their time regardless of whether their client attends the call.
