Should you need to cancel your Vetster appointment for any reason, please review our cancelation policy below:
1) If you cancel your appointment less than 30 minutes before your appointment start time, you will be eligible for a Vetster credit that will remain on your account for use towards a future appointment booking.
The credit will appear in your Vetster wallet within 24 hours and does not expire. If you need assistance rebooking your appointment, please contact our Customer Experience team for help.
2) If you cancel your appointment more than 30 minutes before your appointment start time, you will be eligible for a full refund. Your appointment fee will be refunded to your original payment card within 5 business days.
