Can I opt out of providing telehealth appointments to clients outside my country of practice?

You may opt out of providing international telehealth consultations. To opt out please go to the Global Preferences section of your account settings. There, you’ll see an option for Global Appointments. Turn the toggle off, and you will no longer receive appointment requests from pet parents outside of your region.
