Can I refer the client/patient to a clinic or is this considered "steering"?

Steering is the act of requiring a client to come visit you or another veterinary professional in person after your virtual appointment. Instead, suggesting a few options for the client to further consider for in-person care is totally okay. Requiring vs. suggesting is the difference here.
