To help ensure the best appointment experience, we recommend being in a quiet, well-lit space and having your pet nearby so your veterinarian may observe them.
If applicable, collect photo and/or video evidence of your concerns and upload them to your appointment for your vet to review. If you have access to your pet's past medical records, those can also be helpful to have on hand. To sort out any potential technical issues, you may wish to log onto your appointment video call a few minutes early.
