If you’d like to book an appointment with a particular veterinarian on a day they aren’t showing as available, you can send them a request to book! Once your request is sent, the vet will be able to review and respond by either declining (if they are unable to accommodate) or accepting and providing you with 3 time options to book an appointment.
Here’s how it works:
- Navigate to the profile page of the veterinarian you’d like to book with. You’ll see the option to request an appointment on the top right-hand side. Select the date you’d like to book and click Request an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment request. Once you confirm, the vet will be notified and you’ll also receive an email to confirm that your request for an appointment was sent.
- If the vet is able to accommodate your request, you’ll receive an email to notify you. The vet will have provided you with 3 time slots to choose from. Select the time that best suits you to continue booking your appointment.
- Your appointment is booked! You’ll be able to join the call to meet with the vet at your scheduled appointment time.
Note that requesting an appointment may not be available if the vet you are trying to book with is currently out of office or if they already have appointments scheduled for that day. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please get in touch with our Support team!
