If you wish to cancel your Vetster instant chat plan, you can do so right from the Vetster mobile app. Simply follow the steps below:
- Log into your Vetster mobile app and navigate to the Account tab
- Select the Vetster Plus widget and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Select Cancel to move forward with cancelling your free trial or chat plan
Please note that Vetster instant chat plans are not eligible for refunds. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle.
