You can send a direct message to your vet for up to 48 hours after an appointment has been completed. You can follow up to ask questions directly related to the care received. Both vets and clients will receive an email notification when a new direct message is received.
To send a direct message, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Vetster account
2. On the left side menu under Dashboard select Appointments, then Past Appointments
3. Scroll down the page to the Appointment Notes section, and on the right-hand side select Add entry
4. Click Direct Message, write your message and hit send!
