How do I get in touch with my vet after an appointment?

You are now able to send and receive direct messages to and from your vet once an appointment has been completed. You can follow-up with your vet for up to 48 hours after your appointment to ask questions directly related to the care received. Both vets and clients will receive a notification when there is a new direct message.

To send a direct message follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Vetster account

2. On the left-hand side under "Dashboard" select "Appointments", then "Past Appointments"

3. Scroll down the page to the "Appointment Notes" section, on the right-hand side select "Add entry"

4. Click "Direct Message", write your message and hit send!
