Billing for your Vetster Plus plan occurs either quarterly (every three months) or annually (once a year). You can select your preferred billing option when you sign up, plus there’s an added discount if you opt for annual.
Vetster accepts all major credit cards for payment of your subscription plan, although please note that prepaid and debit-credit cards are not accepted.
Your plan will continue to automatically renew until you cancel. To ensure there’s no disruption to your plan, please reach out to our Customer Experience team if you need to make any changes to your billing details.
