To chat with a veterinary technician, navigate to the home screen of your Vetster mobile app and select ‘Chat with your care team’ followed by ‘Get care for one of my pets’. You’ll be instantly connected with a member of our team to answer your questions.
Our team can help you with questions you may have about your pet’s health, behavior, nutrition and more. Our team is also able to support you with urgent advice and help you decide if an in-person appointment with a vet is needed.
